Tom Cruise Plans To Take Katie Holmes On A Romantic Break For Her Birthday

Tom Cruise is planning to take Katie Holmes on a romantic break for her 30th birthday. Tom wants Katie to relax after she finishes her run in Broadway show "All My Sons" and thinks some private time together with their two-year-old daughter Suri will help.

A source close to Tom and Katie, who turns 30 on December 18, said: "Tom realizes that Katie has been working very hard on the show, so when it's over he's planning on taking her on a romantic break with Suri too."

"They just want to spend some quality time together as a family and he feels a holiday would be the best way of doing that away from prying eyes. She will be in for a real treat."

Katie recently revealed she doesn't see the age difference between her and 46-year-old Tom as a problem, because she enjoys the aging process.

She said: "I find that as I get older I am excited to get older. There are more things for me to learn. I realize that I don't know as much as I thought I did."

"I like looking back and seeing pictures of the past because that is 'who' I created for me. That is what I was doing. I appreciate it more and more. Every day I try to find out more things about myself. I love changing."
