Tom Gagged Katie Into Silence

It was just reported that Tom Cruise gagged Katie Holmes. He supposedly didn't want her to talk about their divorce settlement ever. He was able to do this within the premise of their negotiations for the divorce.

They reached a rather fast agreement within just two weeks from Katie's filing for divorce. With this speedy settlement, however, included a clause regarding the strict confidentiality of the matter. If Katie wants primary custody of Suri, she needs to keep her mouth shut.

Of course, Katie agreed to this and further negotiated that they both have limitations on what they teach Suri about religion. Suri is basically free to choose if she wants to be a Catholic like her mom or if she wants to get into Scientology like her dad.

This settlement pretty much covers every aspect of Suri's life. That is until she turns 18, when she can legally do whatever she wants to do with her life.
