"Jon & Kate Plus 8" Caregiver Nana Janet Dies At 72 |

Another sad news for "Jon & Kate Plus 8." Caregiver Janet Weidenheimer, known to the family and the show's fans as Nana Janet, passed away on October 28. She was 72. Weidenheimer voluntarily assisted Jon and Kate Gosselin with the care of their twins and sextuplets. She appeared in the early seasons of the TLC reality show. Kate referred to her as Nana Janet, a "pseudo-grandparent." Details of her death have not yet been revealed. Funeral services will be held on Saturday in Pennsylvania, according to ET Online. Last month, TLC canceled the production of the show a few weeks after Jon obtained a cease-and-desist order to stop the crew from filming on his property. |
