"Lipstick Jungle" Star Kim Raver Starring In New ABC Drama

"Lipstick Jungle" star Kim Raver has been cast in one of the lead roles in a new ABC drama pilot, "Inside the Box."

The 39-year-old actress will pay a "knockout blonde reporter who once was considered the next Diane Sawyer," according to the Hollywood Reporter. She will join previously announced cast, Martin Henderson, Jason George and Sarah Drew.

"Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes is executive producing.

Raver's casting sheds a darker future for NBC's "Lipstick Jungle." The show's third season has been put into uncertainty when the network announced that though it has not been cancelled, it has also not been renewed officially.

Also, another star, Lindsay Price, has been cast in the pilot for the new ABC series, "The Witches of Eastwick."
