Ousted "Dancing with the Stars" partners Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke may or may not be a real-life item, but the NFL star's next reality show venture may bring the twosome far apart. Ochocinco is set to star in a VH1 dating show "The Tournament," which will see him dating 85 girls.

The Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver's next show will premiere in July. In the "Tournament," the 32-year-old sportsman will be dating 85 girls in less than 10 days.

But the show apparently doesn't sit well with his "DWTS" partner Burke. "Tournament" executive producer Bob Horowitz reveals that the professional dancer, who has received expensive jewelry from Ochocinco during the course of the competition, didn't like it when he talked about his next show while he was training with her.

Horowitz believes that while the two have never confirmed their relationship, there was at least the hint of true feelings lingering between them.

He told New York Post, "She didn't like when she was training with him during 'Dancing' and he was talking about his show involving 85 women. I don't think she loves the idea that he's gone from dancing with a single partner to dating 85 women."

"I don't know [if they're an item] for sure, but I do know he was sensitive of not discussing certain things around her."

"Draw whatever conclusion you can from that. We'd love to have her [on the show] but I don't really see that happening."

The upcoming VH1 show will see Ochocinco dating 85 women at first. Their numbers will be reduced to 16 during the first episode as they all move into an L.A. mansion to vie for his affections.

"The Tournament" begins July 11.
