Demi Lovato Films "Grey's Anatomy" Guest Spot

Demi Lovato has announced she's going to appear on ABC hit drama "Grey's Anatomy." The "Sonny with a Chance" star and current Joe Jonas squeeze will be playing a patient with possible schizophrenia.

The 17-year-old Disney star's character will be treated by doctors Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) and Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw).

Lovato wrote on her Twitter account: "For all of you amazing patient people… I'm so thrilled to announce that this week I'm shooting Grey's Anatomy!!!!!!!"

"By the way… Mr. Patrick Dempsey himself wants me to give a shoutout to you guys! Hahahaha so awesome."

She has filmed her guest spot this week. Her episode will air some time in May.
