NBC has the highest quality Thursday night comedy line-up in years with "Community," "Parks & Recreation," "The Office," and "30 Rock," but the ratings have been more solid in the past, which should make the news that all four comedies have been renewed for the upcoming 2010-11 season all the more exciting for fans of the two-hour block.

Freshman comedy "Community," "The Office," and "30 Rock" join the previously announced "Parks & Recreation" as having new seasons on the way for the network. "Community" enters only its second season this fall, while "Parks & Recreation" scores its third, "30 Rock" its fifth, and "The Office" its seventh.

"We are happy to give these early pickups to these critically acclaimed, incredibly funny comedies," said Angela Bromstad, President, Primetime Entertainment, NBC and Universal Media Studios. "As a result, we look forward to continuing our rewarding partnership with the respective creative teams and talented show-runners for '30 Rock,' 'The Office' and 'Community' as they all consistently deliver quality shows."

In its first year, "Community" is averaging a 2.7 rating and 5.9 million viewers overall. "Parks & Recreation" is currently scoring a 2.1 rating and an average of 5.1 million viewers, while "30 Rock" scores a 3.4 rating and 6.9 million viewers overall.

In its sixth season, "The Office" is the #1 primetime scripted series among adults 18-34 and the #1 scripted series overall of adults 18-49. It earns a 4.9 rating and averages 9.4 million viewers.
