Swine Flu Fear Hits "The X Factor" House

There have been worries expressed today from inside "The X Factor" contestants' house that some of the final nine might have swine flu. After a charity visit to a hospital, three contestants are being monitored after coming in contact with a member of staff who has now been diagnosed with the illness.

Rachel Adedji and John and Edward (now known as Jedward) came in to contact with a security guard who works in Great Ormond Street Hospital during a visit earlier this week. The trio is now under close observation in case they start to show the symptoms of swine flu. Fears are growing however, that if the house is diagnosed with the virus then the live shows that happen on a Saturday and Sunday will be in jeopardy.

This is not the first controversy to surround Louis Walsh's act John and Edward Grimes, it would appear that the entirety of Britain know of Simon Cowell's dislike toward the Irish duo. He has even been reported as saying "If they win, it will be a complete and utter disaster. I'd probably sulk for about six months [and] get on a very fast plane out of the country."

"The X Factor" is shown on ITV 1 on Saturday and Sunday at 8pm.
