It had only been over a week since .com/celebs/kate_middleton'>Kate Middleton's naked pictures leaked all over the internet. But she now faces yet another scandal which involves her photograph.

This time, however, she was fully clothed and was photoshopped with a rounder belly than usual. Aside from that, the magazine cover also had a caption saying "It's Twins!"

Star Magazine is probably trying to cash in on the latest mania these days. But it looks like this is yet again another suit in the making.

Come on, Star! It's pretty obvious that the picture was edited because there are a lot of pictures taken during the said event.
