Garth Brooks has sold out of the first five weekends of his concerts at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.

Country star Garth Brooks confirmed that he would be coming out of retirement with a series of Las Vegas shows in 2010. He is currently scheduled to perform a total of 16 weeks of shows.

Country legend Garth Brooks has given a number of surprise performances this year including performances for National Hockey League teams that had 100 percent participation in his charity, that include the Nashville Predators, the Detroit Red Wings, the Phoenix Coyotes and the Calgary Flames.

Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Josh Turner and George Jones were among the artists who helped honor Barbara Mandrell, Roy Clark and Charlie McCoy, welcoming them into the Country Music Hall of Fame on Sunday in a Medallion Ceremony that lasted three hours.
