Synopsis of Captain America: The First Avenger

Captain America: The First Avenger is an upcoming American superhero film based on the comic book of the same name appearing in Marvel Comics. The film stars Chris Evans as Captain America with Joe Johnston directing a script by David Self, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The movie will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is scheduled for release on July 22, 2011. The film is scheduled to be released in 3-D.
