Cars 2 is an upcoming computer-animated 3-D film produced by Pixar Animation Studios. It is the sequel to the 2006 film, Cars. It will be distributed by Walt Disney Pictures and is currently scheduled for release in theaters on US in June 24, 2011 and UK in July 22, 2011. The film is directed by John Lasseter and co-directed by Brad Lewis, the producer of Ratatouille.
