Synopsis of New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve is an upcoming romantic comedy film directed by Garry Marshall. It was originally supposed to be the sequel to the 2010 film, Valentine's Day, but on December 8, 2010 it was revealed that the film would not be a sequel to Valentine's Day and that Jessica Biel and Ashton Kutcher would play different characters. The film is scheduled for release on December 9, 2011 in North America by Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema.
