"Frost/Nixon" Nabs 6 Prizes At The Las Vegas Film Critics Society's Sierra Awards

Historical drama "Frost/Nixon" has won a total of 6 awards at the Las Vegas Film Critics Society's Sierra Awards. The Ron Howard-helmed pic won star Frank Langella two trophies. Langella, 68, won the Best Actor category for his turn as President Richard Nixon in the film. He was also honored with the William Holden Lifetime Achievement Award. The film nabs the Best Director trophy for Ron Howard, Screenplay for Peter Morgan, Film Editing for Daniel P. Hanley and Mike Hill, and the Society's highest award, Best Picture. "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" has been presented with three accolades, including Best Cinematography. The Sierra Awards are presented by journalists from various online, print, radio and TV media outlets.
