Blockbuster hits have topped this year's Biggest Movie Mistakes poll. According to online film blunder searcher MovieMistakes.com, 2008 films notched up over a thousand of blunders.

In the new survey, fans have spotted a large number of inaccuracies in the Harrison Ford-starrer flick "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," counting 64 mistakes in total.

One of the blunders the fans have pointed out is a continuity error when at the beginning, Indie is talking to Spalko and his hands keep alternating from being in his pockets to just resting at his sides between shots.

Other box office hits such as "Mamma Mia!" and "The Dark Knight" also make it to the list with 44 and 43 mistakes each.
