"Terror Inside" Makes Debut At Fort Lauderdale Film Festival
Mon, 03 Nov 2008
Corey Feldman, who's been ranked #8 in VH1's list of 100 greatest kid stars, introduces newest terror flick "Terror Inside." The film premiered at the 23rd annual Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival on Sunday, November 3 at 5:45pm. The film stars Corey and Susan Feldman, alongside producer Tanya Memme. "Terror Inside" introduces the viewer to a lab project gone wrong. It's a spooky tale that surrounds small town inhabitants, who are victims to their own ignorance once a pathogen becomes wide spread. Interestingly enough those who are infected are transformed into the act of self mutilation. The revelation of the film supports the phrase "no pain no gain" in which individuals are subjected to the gore fest in a rather bizarre manner. "It's really more about science more than anything and I think that's what makes it intriguing. It's truly based on the premise of virus and experimental chemical warfare and outbreaks when these things aren't contained", emphasizes Feldman. Maria, played by producer Tanya Memme, births an introductory image that is mostly compassionate and considerate. As the film unfolds, Maria falls captive to a slew of viral disorientation. As a result, she later becomes aggressive and callous towards everyone she contacts. Her significant other, Alan, played by Feldman, recognizes the change and immediately goes into damage control to save the town altogether. It's such an interesting concept and I'm so glad the movie was made about this virus that forces people to start killing themselves. The whole time your thinking like 'whose the killer' but you know it's the virus," states Memme. "Terror Inside" graphically depicts small town horrors where pain is the ultimate indulgence. The scenes are abrasively tailored with each horrific shot propelling your heart to race. It is a must see film where pain leaves you gratified, but never satisfied.
