Casting Call Posted For "Sex And The City" Sequel
Fri, 31 Jul 2009
The "Sex and the City" sequel is inching closer to the start of its production. A casting call was posted for background performers to appear in the highly-anticipated sequel. Grant Wilfley Casting posted an open casting call looking for background performers to play fashion models, celebrity types, upscale socialites, urban club goers, gays and lesbians, international types, and professional soccer players. The casting call doesn't give away any details about the movie except that it will feature a melting pot of characters. The open call will be held on Tuesday, August 4th at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York. It's open to both members and non-members of the Screen Actors Guild. The production start to "Sex and the City" has been rumored to be delayed as they scout locations. The fab foursome, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall, are all signed on to return.
