David Arquette And Courteney Cox Goes For Fourth Scream
Wed, 15 Jul 2009

David Arquette and wife Courteney Cox are in for another "Scream." The couple, who met on the set of the first installment of the franchise in 1996, are set to reprise their roles in the slasher horror film.

Arquette confirmed their involvement to eonline.com, adding that Kevin Williamson, who penned the first and second films, is writing the script and that Wes Craven would hopefully direct.

The actor played Deputy Dewey Riley in the three films, while Cox played tabloid television reporter Gale Weathers.

It was earlier reported that Neve Campbell, who played the main character Sidney Prescott, would not be reprising her role, and therefore, a younger heroine is likely to replace her character.

No date set yet for the production.
