Marc-Andre Grondin, Ellen Barkin And Famke Janssen Take On "The Chameleon"
Tue, 17 Feb 2009

Marc-Andre Grondin, Ellen Barkin and Famke Janssen are set to star in a psychological thriller by director Jean Paul Salome. "The Chameleon" is inspired by a real person who assumed 39 identities.

The film will revolve around the reunion of a young man (Grondin) and his family after being positively identified in an unsolved missing-persons case. The family then becomes suspicious whether he is really their son, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The story, scripted by Salome and Natalie Carter, was inspired by a real person written in a New Yorker article, who assumed dozens of identities, including three missing teens.

Bill Perkins, Cooper Richey, Ram Bergman and Marie-Castille Schaar are producing.
