"Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" star Nick Moran is joining the "Harry Potter" film's cast line-up as a villain.

According to Metro.co.uk, the 40-year-old actor was overheard telling guests at the Global Cool London Fashion Week party in London about his new gig as an antagonist in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." It is still not known what role he is going to take.

Meanwhile, "Deathly Hallows" part II, the final installment of the film's franchise, has been given a release date.

The seventh book will be split in two parts. The first one will hit screens in November 2010, while the second part will be released on July 15, 2011, Warner Bros. has announced.

The next film, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," will be released in July this year.
