Tue, 25 Nov 2008

Robert De Niro will be teaming up again with director Martin Scorsese. The Academy Award winners, who have made several films together, will be working on the film "I Heard You Paint Houses."

The 65-year-old actor has confirmed the collaboration reports during the press conference of his latest film "What Just Happened" in London.

He confirmed the rumors to RTE, saying, "Yes, that's something that Marty and I, we want to do very much."

"Steve Zaillian is at this point writing the script and we have an even more ambitious plan of doing another movie connected to it, in some way, with Eric Roth hopefully writing that script. So yeah, that's very much planned to be done."

De Niro and Scorsese's films together include landmark pics such as "Taxi Driver," "Raging Bull," and "Goodfellas."

"I Heard You Painted House" is set to premiere in 2011.
