Actress Teri Polo needs to stock up on her 3-D glasses. Polo is getting ready to star in the 3-D supernatural feature "The Hole."

Celebrity News Service has learned that Polo, who has starred in "Meet the Parents" with Ben Stiller, will play a mother who moves with her teen sons to a rural house where the three are forced to face their fears after discovering a bottomless hole in the basement.

The movie begins production on December 5 and will be shot in Vancouver. The independent film will be directed by "Small Soldiers" director Joe Dante.

Polo is also preparing to reprise her role as Stiller's wife in "Meet the Little Fockers." This will be the third movie in the "Meet the Parents" comedy franchise.

Polo is definitely staying busy, as she has also been tapped for two episodes of the CBS supernatural drama "Ghost Whisperer." She will play the fiancé of someone close to Melinda, who is played by Jennifer Love Hewitt.
