Universal Pictures' "Nottingham" And "The Wolfman" Delay Release Date; "Fast And Furious" Moved Earlier
Fri, 12 Dec 2008
Films' release schedules have been shuffled for next year, with two Universal Pictures flicks pushed back and one film upped from its scheduled date. "Fast and Furious," the latest film in "The Fast and the Furious" franchise, has been moved earlier from June 12 to April 3 release. Meanwhile, Russell Crowe's Robin Hood film adaptation, "Nottingham," will now be opened in 2010, instead of 2009. No specific release date has been given. Also, the release date of the horror movie remake of the 1941 classic, "The Wolfman," has been delayed pushed back from April 3 to November 6. The film studio says that they decided to move the "Fast and Furious" release date simply because it is already completed, while "Nottingham" won't start production until February or March, and moving "The Wolfman" to a later schedule would give it more time for a high-profile release.
