When Harry Tries to Marry (2011)

When Harry Tries to Marry is an upcoming 2011 romantic comedy film based on an award winning script, co-written, produced and directed by Nayan Padrai and starring Rahul Rai as Harry, Stefanie Estes as Theresa and Freishia Bomanbehram as Nita. The film won Best Film (Audience Award), Best Crossover Film, and Best New Talent (Rahul Rai) at the Gala Dinner held at BAFTA by the London Asian Film Festival after a sold out screening. The screenplay was a featured project at the Sundance Institute Independent Producers’ Conference in 2004; and a top-ten finalist of the Creative Screenwriting contest in 2009. The film had its World Premiere at the Austin Film Festival, October 22, 2010, its International Premiere at the Mumbai Film Festival, October 27, 2010. The film will be released in the US by 108 Pics on April 22, 2011.
