Denise Richards' Reality Show "It's Complicated" May Face Cancellation

2008-08-26 21:23:27

Rumors have been flying that Denise Richards' new reality show "It's Complicated" may be canceled.

Apparently, rumor has it that viewers found a lot of Richards' behavior offensive, including her extensive cursing, which continued even around her two young daughters, and her over abundance of pets in her household.

Then, to top it off, Richards accused ex-husband Charlie Sheen of molesting their kids, an accusation that was later seen as a last ditch effort to increase viewership. But, even with all of the bad behavior, it has basically come down to lack of viewers.

CNS "Lost"mania Report: Ana Lucia Is Returning For One Episode

2008-08-26 13:13:19

"Lost" fan sites and blogs are buzzing with the news that Michelle Rodriguez, who played the character Ana Lucia, is returning for one episode of the hit ABC show "Lost" next season.

Celebrity News Service has heard "Say it isn't so!" as the most common reaction to the controversial character returning to "Lost." Most fans seemed happy when Michael shot Ana Lucia and she was no longer a threat to our happy little island. "Lost" fans like threats in the form of monsters, the Others, and even freighter folk -- they just didn't seem to like Ana Lucia.

Some "Lost" fans aren't opposed to a visit from the Tailie. The show already had a "return" from fellow Tailie Libby (played by Cynthia Watros) last season when she appeared to Michael in a vision. Remember Michael shot both Ana Lucia and Libby.

2008-08-26 13:10:34

That wacky group of hospital employees -- J.D., Turk, Elliot, Carla, Dr. Fox and the rest of the gang at Sacred Heart Hospital -- are just what the doctor ordered for Labor Day. TV Land will be airing a 7-hour marathon of "Scrubs" on September 1.

2008-08-26 13:06:42

Mario Lopez is a dancer, actor, writer, producer, television host -- the guy is everywhere. Lopez just added another gig to his already busing schedule as he is headed to MTV for "MTV's Top Pop Group."

Lopez, who was recently named the single host of the daily nationally syndicated show "Extra!", is also the host of "Americas Best Dance Crew." And now, fans can catch him on "MTV's Top Pop Group" as, you guessed it, the host.

Celebrity News Service has been keeping track of Lopez since he finished as runner-up on "Dancing with the Stars" during the show's third season. After "Dancing," his career seemed to explode. And so did his shirts -- which means he goes shirtless much of the time, but who are we to complain?

CNS Television Report: Oprah Winfrey Plans September 11 Show With All U.S.A. Olympic Gold Medalists

2008-08-25 17:47:23

Leave it to Oprah to come up with an idea that is pure gold. The talk show queen is trying to assemble all of the United State's Olympic Beijing gold medalists for one show - to be broadcast on September 11.

The Olympics were ratings gold for NBC, and Celebrity News Service believes Oprah's Gold Medal show would top the charts. What a better way to celebrate 9/11 -- a sad day by all means -- than with a celebration of the American spirit: all of our gold medal winners standing on one stage giving honor to the United States of America.

While Oprah's people haven't confirmed that the show will happen, several Olympian's are reporting that they have received calls asking them to be on the show. Ronda Rousey, the only American to ever win a medal in judo, wrote on her website over the weekend that she will be appearing on Oprah's on "September 11th on some Olympic medalists special."

CNS "Dancing With The Stars" Report: New Lineup Is Hot And Show Should Be Best Ever

2008-08-25 12:53:34

The "Dancing with the Stars" cast was officially announced Monday on ABC's "Good Morning America," and suffice it to say it is a gold medal lineup that ranges from Olympians to teen heart throbs to soap stars, with a few reality stars thrown in just for a good mix.

Celebrity News Service was thrilled to learn of the season seven cast, probably one of the best groups so far to try to cha cha their way to the winner's circle and the mirror-ball trophy. The new dancers include Beijing Olympics gold medal winner Misty May-Treanor, "Hannah Montana" actor Cody Linley, and "All My Children" favorite Susan Lucci.

That's just a little something for everyone. If you are a sporting fan then Misty May-Treanor will fit the bill, if you're a teen that likes to scream, Cody Linley is your man, and if you are a soap fan than Susan Lucci will hopefully dance to victory.

CNS "American Idol" Report": New Judge Joining Show Will Mix Things Up

2008-08-25 12:38:25

Watch out Simon Cowell, there's a new judge in town. "American Idol" is adding a fourth judge to the table: Grammy-nominated songwriter Kara DioGuardi.

Us Magazine is reporting that DioGuardi will appear at the judges' table with Paula Abdul, Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson on the eighth season of "Idol," which will premiere in January.

Celebrity News Service is excited to learn that a new judge will be thrown into the mix. How many more times can we listen to Jackson say "Dawg"? It also might help Abdul to have a female counterpart, although DioGuardi may never be able to top some of Abdul's antics such as telling last year's runner-up David Archuleta that he was so cute she wanted to pinch his head off and hang it from her rearview mirror. Gotta love Abdul for that kind of banter, a script writer could never come up with stuff like that.

CNS "Grey's Anatomy" Report: Meredith And Derek Get A Fairy Tale Ending For A While

2008-08-23 09:29:19

When we left our "Grey's Anatomy" interns at Seattle Grace last season, it looked like perpetual commitment phobe Meredith Grey might be ready to enjoy some happily-ever-after with the good Doctor McDreamy.

Celebrity News Service was pleased to learn that the show's creator Shonda Rhimes has said that Meredith and Derek will be together this season because, as Rhimes put it, she is all about love this year.

Unfortunately Rhimes did say Mer-Der are going to find out what happens after the fairy tale ends. Doesn't that just figure. We knew it had to be too good to be true to think those two kids could be happy just fixing people and hanging out with the rest of the hospital gang.
